GH School Manager was born from a simple observation: Ghanaian schools were being asked to run on software built for other countries' school systems or on paper, WhatsApp and exercise books. Neither works.

Why we exist

A head teacher's week disappears into chasing fee balances, compiling SBA scores by hand, and reconciling feeding money from memory. The records that matter most, who has paid, who was present, how a child is really doing, live in scattered books that only one person understands.

We build one calm workspace where the whole school runs: the head sees everything, the accountant collects and reconciles, teachers mark and grade, and parents finally see what's happening, all matched to how GES expects records to be kept.
